Michael J. de Leon

Founder and CEO

Michael is a Retired US Navy Chief Petty Officer, served 24 years active duty, 19 years at sea, served on 6 warships, and was stationed on both sides of the earth numerous times. He is the Founder and CEO of Recon Chief Inc. He works as an assistant producer for Veteran Powered Films, and freelance videography for content creation and veteran documentaries. As a Masters’s Degree graduate at the University of Silicon Valley, he is an expert in Business Innovations and Business Model Canvassing.

Isa Kujawski

Wellness Director

Isa Kujawski, MPH, RDN is a functional Registered Dietitian, author, and the founder of Mea Nutrition. As a sought after source, she has been featured in various media outlets including Food & Nutrition, VeryWell, Thrive, Eat This and Livestrong. Isa’s focus on food as medicine, nutritional psychology, and her background as a Navy veteran make her a unique expert in the field of holistic wellness and integrative nutrition.

Ross Raiden

Public Affairs Officer

Ross enlisted in the US Navy in 1994 – 1998 and served honorably as a Cryptologic Technician (CTR) onboard the USS Fletcher DD-992, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Since that time out of the Military he has held many positions in Retail and Hospitality Management. He also has endeavors in the Film and Music industries. Ross joins the team with a passion for the vision of Recon Chief Inc. and is excited to share his creative input.

Aaron Seibert

Co-Chairman & Vice President

Aaron “Chief” Seibert is a 20 year US Navy Veteran, Chief Petty Officer Retired. He earned the Valorious Purple Heart Award after being hit by a mortar round in a combat zone. He served 20 years active duty as a Hospital Corpsman and currently serves as a Veteran Coordinator at PTSD Foundation of America and as a Combat Veteran, VP of Warrior Built Foundation, VP of Recon Chief Inc., and Founder of Combat Vet vision podcast.

Mayari Acidera

Board Treasurer & Financial Director

Mayari is a US Navy Veteran, served 4 years active duty and currently serves as a finance officer for Venture Capital, Private Equity and Non-Profit Environments in C & I, Commercial Lending and provides notary services. Additionally, she serves as an advocate and peer-to-peer volunteer for veteran nonprofit organizations and post-war PTSD groups.

Davon Copeland

Board Secretary & Program Development

Davon Served 20 years in the U.S. Navy and participated in numerous operations and campaigns to include Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He graduated from Senior Enlisted Academy in 2016 (Class 201/Purple Crew). He has a Master’s degree from Liberty University and Western Governors University. He is the Co-Founder of the REAL Institute, and Code Wiz in San Diego, Ca. Additionally, he works at Western Governor University as a Military Strategic Partnerships Manager.
